The project concerns the design of a contemporary two-storey residence, carefully integrated into its urban context through respect for scale, proportions, and local morphological characteristics. The composition is defined by clean geometric volumes and subtle shifts, creating a balanced architectural expression without formal excess.

The façade is articulated through controlled projections that introduce a sense of movement and compositional tension, culminating at the corner of the plot. White plastered surfaces form a neutral backdrop, highlighting the clarity of the design, while a refined material palette ensures coherence and visual harmony.

Large glazing openings enhance natural light, ventilation, and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The incorporation of planting elements further supports a bioclimatic approach, contributing to a sustainable and well-balanced living environment.
